“Bavaria Non Alcoholic malt drink” has been in production ‘brewed’ for more than 40 years. This has resulted in the uniqueness of Bavaria Malt.
Normally, in non-alcoholic malt/ beer production, the alcohol is removed at the end of the production process via osmosis (filtration) or evaporation (under vacuum conditions).
This means that alcohol was present in the non-alcoholic malt/beer at some stage due to the nature of the production process.
However, as a result of the unique Bavaria brewing process, in which they make use of their own unique patented technique, no alcohol formation takes place during manufacturing/brewing.
